He placed fifth at the World Shooting Para Sport World Cup in Changwon, South Korea, narrowly edging out a prize in 2022.
He placed second in the Asian Para Games last year with a personal best score and was awarded a solution to Paris, which was a pleasant surprise given that Chan did not anticipate qualifying.  ,
” It was my very first big Games. ( My coach and I ) were just there for the experience”, he said.
” There was a quota placing ( for Paris ) but it was n’t part of our plan, because we knew how strong the Asian team was. But, when we knew we had a limit setting, we were actually surprised, or instead, stunned”.
He is aiming for a top-eight end in Paris, adding that “anything more will be a great bonus”.
