The 347-key resort opened its doors in June 2023, five centuries after the initial tower was destroyed in April 2018, with the design “hotel in nature.” The hotel was designed by the renowned WOHA Architects. It is the Singapore flagship hotel of , Pan Pacific Hotels , Group ( PPHG).  ,
The resort stands out due to its intriguing Jenga-like architecture, courtesy of four layers teeming with leaf, amid an industrial landscape of secret domestic buildings and shopping malls on Orchard Road.
It is designed around four open-air clouds slopes – Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud – with each sky deck offering its own distinct experience for customers. A trickling river and tall trees are found on the Forest Terrace. The Garden deck has a main lawn area, while the Beach terrace has meandering pools. The Cloud deck boast function spaces “in the skies” such as a pillarless hall.
