According to FAS, Lee has been an “integral part of the national team’s coaching staff, assisting manager Ogura and Kosei Nakamura with other assistant manager Kosei Nakamura in previous matches against China and the Korea Republic.”
Lee also serves as BG Tampines Rovers ‘ head coach in Singapore.  ,
The Football Association of Singapore wishes Coach Ogura and his fellow lobby staff a speedy recovery and has confidence in Coach Gavin Lee as he leads the Lions ‘ effort to defeat Thailand.
Lee had been invited to play for Ogura’s team during the March foreign window.
Ogura recently stated that Lee’s knowledge and understanding of the team players were crucial.
Singapore has one level from its five games in the class that qualifies.
Singapore lost their initial two games in their eligibility party last November, falling 3- 1 to Thailand , and , 5- 0 to South Korea , in the opposite device in Seoul.  ,
In Ogura’s second match in command,  , Singapore held China to a 2- 2 pick, before , losing 1- 4 in the opposite fixture in Tianjin.
The crew just lost , 7- 0 against South Korea on Jun 6.
