Singapore regional runner and report holder , Shanti Pereira is presently engaged to her boyfriend of three years, past runner and lawyer , Tan Zong Yang. The 30- yr- ancient Tan popped the question next Sunday ( May 9 ) at a yard near Drottningholm Palace in , Stockholm, Sweden.

In the video ( set to a cover of the song Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You ),  , Tan is seen getting down on one knee as he proposes to , Pereira who then leaps excitedly.
