An oil flow occurred on Friday when a dredger struck a stationed basement vehicle off Pasir Panjang Terminal. &nbsp,

The allision, which happened at 2.20pm, resulted in crude from the broken goods tank on board the vault vehicle, Marine Honour, spilling into the ocean.

A clean-up operation was underway, according to a media release from the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore ( MPA ) at 6 p.m., and the spill had been contained. &nbsp,
