Senator-elect Lawyer claims that making up stories about academic credentials is defaming his consumer.
At least three individuals may experience defamation charges, according to a lawyer for Sen. Keskamol Pleansamai, who allegedly fabricated information about his client’s educational background.
Dr. Keskamol, who won the most votes in the last round of the new Senate’s federal election on June 26, is in the news because she claimed to have earned, among other things, a PhD in business management from California University.
According to citizen tests, the school’s full name is the California University Foreign Credentials Evaluation (FCE ) Institution, according to the results of the checks conducted by the citizens. It problems certificates, no degrees, based on applicants ‘ education and job knowledge.
According to local media reports, California University is headquartered on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles, a small tower shared by a dental office.

Lawyer Decha Kittiwittayanan held a press event on Friday to address the controversy involving his customer. He was joined by Sukhumphong Charn-nuvong, a deputy president of the Niti Dhammahansa Association and Dr Keskamol’s director for her master’s degree.
Mr. Decha emphasized the university’s validity and claimed that Dr. Keskamol is then ready to file legal lawsuits against three individuals.
California University (FCE ) has been recognized as an educational institution for 22 years and has received accreditation from the US Department of Education, according to Mr. Sukhumphong.
With the approval of the Los Angeles City Council, it is able to grant levels to both undergraduate and graduate students.
