After pointing out that she lost to a contractor for a place on the social development commission, Senator Nantana Nantavaropas has refuted complaints of bullying meat vendor-turned-senator Daeng Kongma.
Sen. Nantana clarified her earlier statements regarding the selection of Senate standing boards during a media briefing on Tuesday. She emphasized that the professional backgrounds of legislators should be the top priority because of the fact that their vote procedure is different from that of an MP.
” I have been working on social development for a long time, but I lost up to a meat vendor”, said the legislator, also a multimedia educational.
Sen. Nantana argued that committee members should have appropriate political, human rights, and social interaction encounter. Despite having a lot of democratic development experience, she was chosen to sit on the committee for education, science, research, and innovation rather than the social development panel.
Minority lawmakers raised concerns about harsh head allocations on Monday, claiming that union election among senators with stronger ties resulted in slanted transmission across the 21 standing committees.
Sen. Nantana argued that those with diverse backgrounds should be seated on commissions that are more suited to their experience rather than belittled. She reiterated her position that “putting the right people in the correct job” should be the top priority in the collection process.
Sen Daeng passed by the social growth committee meeting as Sen Nantana addressed the press. When approached for reply, she merely smiled and entered the conference room without responding.
