Search for missing Korean continues in Chiang Mai

Specialists in the Muang city of Chiang Mai are also looking for the body of a Vietnamese man who allegedly disappeared on Sunday into the Ping River.

He allegedly crossed the river in tambon Pa Tan, directly opposite the Wang Sing Kham snow shop, according to Chang Phueak Police Station soldiers. Officers found at the picture the boy’s items, including a pair of wet leather shoes, a pair of mild colored trousers and a card in the name of Won Chang, 44, from South Korea.

The traveler may have experienced individual issues, according to the police.

Witnesses reported seeing the gentleman remove his athlete clothes and exit a tuk-tuk. Additionally, he dumped some money on his notebook and threw it in the trash.

They observed him quietly leaving the river until he was almost in the middle, then he swam backward before vanishing, about 300 meters away from the bridge where he had waded into the water.
