After an occurrence outside a house in Bueng Kang, a 15-year-old was detained with a pencil gun.
BUENG KAN: A 14-year-old son was shot dead by a 15-year-old enemy from the same class in Pak Khat region of this northern territory on Thursday.
According to Pol Capt Theerawisit Jinjanda, assistant inspector at the local police station, the incident occurred at around 7.35pm in front of a home in tambon han chay. He and his associates, along with criminal authorities, a physician from Pak Khat Hospital, and the Sawang Siwilai Rescue Unit went to check the picture.
The dead child was discovered lying on the lawn next to the home. He had a bullet wound to the back of his head from a.38 quality shot, which was lodged inside. The victim was a Mathayom 2 ( Grade 8 ) student. The shooter was a Mathayom 4 ( Grade 10 ) student from the same school.
Later, authorities made an arrest for the gunman, and they seized a pen gun with a capacity to fire .38 quality bullets as evidence. Authorities charged the 15-year-old with death. The believe pleaded guilty and was taken into custody for questioning.
