According to government official Jirayu Houngsub, the government is being asked to pay respect to the divine remnant of the Buddha’s teeth, which has been given by China and will be buried at Sanam Luang from Thursday through February 14.

At 12.20 p.m., Mr. Jirayu reported that the spiritual remnant arrived in the country at the Wing 6 Royal Thai Air Force base in Don Mueang.

Thai and Taiwanese monks chanted together at 1.19 p.m., and they were joined by Deputy Prime Minister Suriya Jungrangreangkit, Vice-President Suriya Jungrang, and various officials, including Taiwanese Ambassador Han Zhiqiang and Chousak Sirinil, the PM’s office secretary.

At 2.42 p.m., a great procession involving over 2,700 people left the aircraft and passed through Ratchadamnoen Klang Avenue and Yaowarat Road before the relic was buried inside a Sanam Luang pavilion.

At 5o’clock, Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra presided over the royal enshrinement at Sanam Luang.

The Buddha’s teeth will remain in Bangkok for 73 time, marking the occasion’s benevolent fifth period birthday celebration of His Majesty the King, which fell earlier this year on July 28. Additionally, it will remember the 50th anniversary of the first year of political relations between China and Thailand.

Daily from 7am to 8pm, people can pay tribute to the Buddha’s remnant. Additionally, the state has set up public buses, provided plants for devotion, and provided postcards of the sacred remnant for the consumer.

The Buddha Tooth Relic Stupa inside the church, one of the most significant journey places for Buddhist in China, was discovered in 1955 inside an old tower close toXi’an.
