A hotel restaurant turned himself in on Saturday nights after shooting and inflicting minor injuries on a security guard at a mall in this northern province. The watch had reported drinking at work, which caused him to lose his work.

Around 11 p.m. on Saturday, Chef Supornpong Yimkhem, 30, turned himself in at the Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima municipal police station. He was charged with attempted murder and unlawful firearm possession.

He claimed to have attacked 30-year-old Natdanai Lekkla because his “persecution” had cost the restaurant his work.

At 7.15 p.m. on Saturday, the shooting took place in front of the Terminal 21 shopping center in the Muang city. Because the store was the location of the fatal shooting rampage in February 2020, the shooting heightened specific concern there.

The restaurant and the guard got into a fight early on Saturday nights, which started a row. The restaurant then engaged in a fistfight, and the guard was subsequently shot at with a locally produced short-barelled shotgun. The guard was not critically hurt when pellets scratched his face and neck.

The restaurant was fired because he had reported the cook’s frequent drinking at work at a nearby hotel, according to the guard. &nbsp,
