Russians in failed pursuit of Phuket bag snatcher

In Muang area on Sunday evening, a Russian few made an unsuccessful attempt to catch a bag snatcher on a motorcycle who robbed the woman’s bag.

A bicyclist snuck her purse from her lap on Takua Pa Road in tambon Talad Yai in the Muang area around 8.40pm on Sunday, Alisa Makarenko claimed to be riding rider on her sister’s bike.

A peculiar blue hat was on display for the thief. While she was recording the fight on her phone, her companion followed the bag-snatcher on their vehicle, weaving through the visitors and repeatedly ringing his horn. The criminal got apart. &nbsp,

The lost bag contained her spectacles, bike permission, four debit cards, a hair and a power banks, but&nbsp, just 60 baht in money, Ms Alisa said.

The victim was given a swift freeze-up advice from the authorities, which included three Russian payment cards.

– Improper driving instructor discovered-

Russian Roman Lazarev, 29, was detained by police in a separate incident for operating a scooter driving license in Kathu’s tambon Kathu business without permission.

He was detained while instructing Russian person vehicles using scooters and traffic cones.

He allegedly advertised his services on Instagram and charged 2, 000 ringgit for a three-day program.
