Looking THANI: Three Russian citizens were arrested following a attack on an illegal beauty center on the southwestern location island of Koh Samui, according to police yesterday.
Chief of Surat Thani Police, Pol Maj Gen Sermphan Sirikhong, said monday the attack on Alspa Beauty Clinic in tambon Bo Phut was led by Bo Phut police station captain, Pol Col Denduang Thongsrisuk.
The doctor, run by a Soviet national, is known to provide improper beauty treatments. Officials seized several health products and medications at the site. Three Russians– a gentleman and two ladies– were arrested.
Alexandr Ermishin, 35, was charged with working outside the context of his work force while Liliia Lukina, 32, was charged with working without a work force. Yulia Efremova, director and proprietor of the center, was charged with illegally operating a center and providing health treatments without authorization.
