In honor of HM King Vajiralongkorn’s 72nd birthday on July 28th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs joined forces with the International Tipitaka Foundation to distribute the International Tipitaka Sajhaya Phonetic Recitation, HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej, and HM Queen Sirikit 2016 Edition to several nations.
Foreign Affairs Minister Maris Sangiampongsa said that Thailand was the first nation to write and disseminate the Tipitaka, which 150 organizations in 25 nations did in 1893 when King Rama V ruled.  ,
The Tipitaka was likewise published in Latin and Greek during King Rama IX’s era, and it was also distributed worldwide.
The second edition of this reading, which incorporates modern technologies and musical instruments, uses the King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit 2016 Edition. It was launched in 2016 to celebrate King Rama IX’s 70 years on the crown.
Mr. Maris presided over an event on Tuesday that marked the most recent supply project. Assoc Prof Sasi Phongsarayut, head of the American Music Department, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University, said the Tipitaka Recitation Edition transcribed the language of the classic Pali speech in musical notation.
The Tipitaka Sajjhaya Phonetic Recitation, HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej and HM Queen Sirikit, each consisting of 40 levels, are the country’s earliest Tipitaka sets designed for correct reading.  ,
The King’s version uses Syam-Pali linguistic symbols while the Queen’s version uses Pali tone musical notation for specific language.
The line will be distributed to books, organizations, and institutions in nations where His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother made formal sessions.
On the occasion of His Majesty’s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary, it will also be presented to 36 states with which Thailand has helpful relationships, as well as the United Nations Headquarters in New York and Unesco in Paris.
The secretary said the minister hopes this will encourage good relations between Thailand and additional nations and help to distribute Buddhism in many nations as an educational subject.
