WHAT HAPPENED
The criminal was the last among the four accused , to sexually abuse his girlfriend.

VICTIM BLAMED HERSELF ,

She claimed she had been grieving, unsure, anxious, frightened, and angry ever since the abuse and that she had been thinking about it ever since she was seen by a physician at the Child Guidance Clinic in May 2022.
In a statement, the physician claimed that counseling and a secure, welcoming environment may gain the victim.
The sufferer was even examined for sexual assault at the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
According to the report, she was most likely having her first time when she was 10 years old, had n’t had any sexual relations with men other than the assault, and had never had any sexually transmitted diseases.
In the February reading, the defendant’s deputy public prosecutor, Muhamad Imaduddien, Lim Ying Min, and Kayal Pillay, requested 12 breaths of the wood and eight to nine years in prison.

A day later, the , next- oldest brother , was sentenced to 18 years ‘ prisons and 24 stroke of the wood.
The , remaining son’s situation is still pending.
He pleaded guilty on Mar 12 to , two matters of aggravated assault, with six additional costs being taken into consideration for punishment.
