After running a red light and hitting a scholar in front of a Bangkok school, the driver was arrested.

According to a statement posted on the school’s Twitter page, the incident took place on Monday at around 3 p.m. in the capital’s Phra Nakhon area.

Two lads in Matthayom 3 were seen crossing the road while the natural light for pedestrians was on by security cameras game. One of the students fell onto the road after a crimson Toyota sedan struck one of the drivers at the intersection.

Because of his stable condition, rescuers immediately took him to the doctor and discharged him for household study.

The driver, identified only as Janjira, followed the boy to doctor and took all responsibility for the incident, the school said.

The pilot claimed to have been unaware that there was a horse cross and a transportation light there and that she was new to the area and was looking at the map there.

The vehicle was transported for a second legitimate hearing to the Royal Palace Police Station.

The incident’s Facebook post was widely shared digitally, causing some users to comment that similar incidents had occurred frequently in Thailand. They claimed that people frequently spotted running dark lights at various schools as well.

A young police officer hit a young doctor at a horse crossing on Phaya Thai Road in the Ratchathewi district in January 2022, killing her because of her injuries. Following the tragedy, people began calling for better pedestrian protection on the roads.
