Pritam Singh trial: Judge calls on Workers’ Party chief to make his defence

The trial claimed in its written arguments that the current charges were unnecessary and that Singh should be represented by the court. But, it proposed amendments if the jury feel the need to update the charges. &nbsp,

Judge Tan and the trial both agreed that the current costs met the requirements of the law and that no changes were required after reading both sides ‘ arguments. &nbsp,

Singh was subsequently asked to testify on the witness stand.
