Ruangkrai Leekitwattana, a frequent applicant, has filed a new complaint against Paetongtarn Shinawatra. He asserts that she violated the right to the media, a practice that he claims could lead to her resignation from business.

Mr. Ruangkrai announced on Monday that he had received the letter requesting that the Election Commission look into Ms. Paetongtarn’s current press interview.

According to Mr. Ruangkrai, the PM’s response was inconsistent with how a public official may cure media professionals who are performing their duties.

The applicant claimed that the leading may include violated Area 184 of the Constitution and may lose her job if found guilty under Area 170 of the charter.

The Constitutional Court may make the final decision if the EC determines that the claim has significance and refers the complaint to the higher judge.

The complaint stems from Ms Paetongtarn’s contact with the media at Government House, which was published on the ch3plus.com web under the article” The top is upset by reporting of the government’s place on policy amendment”.

The writer’s question centered on a dispute with coalition parties regarding some modifications they claimed changed the previous position.

The prime minister argued that reporters should avoid asking for questions, adding that the alliance was always in close consultation with the cabinet on pressing issues both before and after cabinet meetings.

However, these modifications were certainly a concern at the time because disaster victims ‘ manpower and resources were being diverted.

A strong and united government, according to Ms. Paetongtarn, was good for the interests of the people at one point, and reporters should certainly ask questions that might stifle discussion.

According to Mr Ruangkrai, Ms Paetongtarn’s answers could be construed as blocking, curtailing or interfering with the public’s rights and freedom to review on government action as guaranteed by the law.

This blockage might be in violation of Section 184, which forbids the perfect minister, members of parliament, and senators from preventing journalists from carrying out their responsibilities.

Since both of Mr. Ruangkrai’s new petitions have been filed against him, the prime minister, who he accused of infringing on the morals of a political article by appointing Surapong Suebwonglee and Nattawut Saikua as experts on October 8th.
