According to the Administrative Court’s order, the National Anti-Corruption Commission ( NACC ) on Thursday handed a report on the infamous watch case of former deputy prime minister Gen. Prawit Wongsuwon to activist Veera Somkwamkid.

Yet, many details remain edited with black ink, Mr Veera, mind of the Anti- Corruption People’s Network, said on Friday.

He claimed that the prosecutor had requested that the NACC provide him with information about the situation within 15 days of the May 2 order. He even gave the NACC another 15 times, but he claimed that the NACC has not yet sent him the full documents as requested.

Following an earlier order on August 22, 2019, to release to Mr. Veera three documents related to the NACC’s research into Gen Prawit’s reported failure to proclaim his luxury wristwatches in a necessary assets declaration with the NACC, the judge issued the order on May 2 and ordered a 10, 000-baht fine.

The Office of the Official Information Commission responded to Mr. Veera’s plea by making an earlier order.

Mr. Veera claimed that because of the amount of black paint and missing chapters, the NACC continues to ignore the May 2 court order.

The NACC officials engaged’ names are listed in the deleted portions, along with other information.

” This is unacceptable”, he said, vowing to file another petition to force the NACC to submit all of the documents.

He claimed that no of the 1, 000 pages of paperwork he received contained an official confirmation trademark.

He claimed that the publication of the paperwork was against the law and that he could experience a time in detention and/or a utmost fine of 20 000 baht.

” But I do n’t mind if I have to spend the day behind the release of the paper.” I will do so for the people benefit”, he said.
