What we adored in PST’s Tokyo branch were The , Bismarck ( S$ 32 ), and the super savoury 5 Formaggi ( S$ 34), which is stuffed with smoked mozzarella, gorgonzola, taleggio, grana padano, and mascarpone. The appetisers are also excellent, such as the savory anchovies-and-spinach dish with spinach, fennel, and pine nuts.  ,
