The gyukatsu here comes with several condiments, including Kyoto-style cake, new dish and onsen chicken, with a wet egg that serves as a dip. There’s even dashi soy sauce, sansho peppers water and a custom gyukatsu soup.
If you purchase the set meal, you get rice, cabbage, dark miso soup, spicy chili miso, onsen egg and Kyoto-style curry ( characterised by its mild taste and is heavier on vegetables and salads ).
