The general public has greeted the opponent’s decision to criticize the government in a public debate, according to Nida Poll, who think the government should become given more time to run the nation.
According to the surveys conducted on Sunday, the majority of people were not enthusiastic about the opposition’s plan to host the discussion. According to the survey, 32.7 % of respondents wanted the government to implement its plans first, using money from the fiscal year 2023.
Another 23.74 % were against the debate, saying that the cabinet should be allowed to work for longer than six months before the opposition reviews its performance, and that 23.5 % were unsure whether or not the opposition had reliable information to oust the government, according to the poll.
The common conversation, which requires no condemnation vote to become cast, has been scheduled for April 3- 4.
Srettha Thavisin, the prime minister, has stated that she is not concerned about the discussion, saying that all government people could answer any questions the opposition might ask on the floor. Opposition leader Chaithawat Tulathon, who is also the party’s president, has cited the government’s failing to implement its guidelines and to improve people’s living conditions as justification for a discussion.
The National Institute of Development Administration questioned people in all provinces between March 7 and March 8 through a study that included people who were 18 or older.
