Samart Janechaijittawanich, a politician, was detained by the Criminal Court on suspicion of being involved in an alleged money-laundering offence in connection with the image Group fraud case.
The court issued the arrest warrant for the 41-year-old man’s arrest on Sunday, according to a cause close to the investigation. He was the party’s former deputy official and Palang Pracharath Party deputy.
He was allegedly accused of laundering money because he had received cash from the direct selling arm of the logo Group.  ,
Following the release of an audio tape purportedly featuring a dialogue between a non-MP House council member and CEO Warathaphon Waratyaworrakul, Mr. Samart, became embroiled in the The symbol Group scandal.
In another growth, DSI authorities brought Mr Samart’s family Wilawan Phutthasamrit from her home in Ratchathewi area, Bangkok, to the DSI office for questioning on Monday night. She informed authorities that Mr. Samart may leave Chiang Mai state.
Recently, the CEO and several significant retailers, including The iCon Group  celebrities, were detained for allegedly engaging in unauthorized borrowing, computer crime, and public fraud in connection with its direct sales of goods, typically dietary supplements, through dealer networks.
Dealer network expanded significantly across the country, as did dealers in different nations. Some just hired sellers claimed they were persuaded to purchase a lot of goods for a lot of profits, while other big traders made public their wealth and success in doing business with the team.
