Brirtish rock and roll legend and Pink Floyd co-founder Roger Waters’ prepared concerts in Belgium in April are already canceled amid the backlash to the musician’s stance on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Live Nation Belgium, the concert’s marketer, confirmed the termination Saturday but failed to specify a reason.
The particular cancellation comes after Oceans, 79, published a controversial open letter in the website in early September in order to Ukrainian first woman Olena Zelenska. Within the letter, Waters wrote that he opposed the West sending weapons to Ukraine to help the particular embattled country in its war against invading Russia.
