Looking THANI: A Varnish man was arrested on Koh Phangan for fraudulently operating a tantric yoga college.
The arrest on the southern beach area happened at 3pm on Saturday at Tantra Movement school in tambon Koh Phangan. The arrested man was identified only as a Mr Michal, 46, but is believed to use the title Michal Kali Griks on Facebook.
At the school, police and local operational leaders likewise found two immigrants who said they were new clientele at the university.
The Finnish man told authorities that he ran three- morning yoga courses for clients on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and charged 400- 600 US dollars per program. He said he did not have a permission for the procedure, authorities said.
Police said that the Polish gentleman was also a YouTuber.
