A Finnish partners who was detained for public nakedness on Koh Phangan have told authorities they were merely expressing their like, according to SURAT THANI.
According to Koh Phangan police captain Pol Col Apichart Chansamret, the pair was spotted by native residents on Ban Tai Road on the holiday beach at 4.30pm on Monday.
Police arrived at the scene, took photos of the facts, and instructed the 27-year-old person and the 24-year-old girl to get dressed before apprehending their arrests.
The pair claimed to have had been’dropped to a love’ as a way to show their love to one another, according to Pol Col Apichart. Police informed them that in Thailand, engaging in genital porn was a crime that could result in fines of up to 5, 000 baht.
Pharmaceutical tests on the couple turned out bad. Before being released, the girl confessed and received a fine of 5, 000 ringgit. However, her spouse became agitated, and he was taken to Koh Phangan Hospital for a medical exam. Additionally, citizens requested that their visa be revoked by immigration government.
Theeroot Supawibulpol, the deputy governor of Surat Thani, claimed that nudist beach on Koh Phangan’s beaches was a normal occurrence and that local authorities detained and fined violators.
