Police have pushed additional criminal costs against a law enforcement corporal for apparently physically abusing an ex female soldier whom worked as the girl employee.
The victim on Tuesday filed a complaint with Cha-am police in Phetchaburi to press an additional charge against Pol Cpl Kornsasi Buayaem, 44, for physical abuse.
The victim also filed an issue against Pol Cpl Kornsasi’s friend who will be the brother of a local politician within Ratchaburi for being complicit in the case, deputy law enforcement spokesman Pol Col Kissana Phathanacharoen said yesterday. Pol Col Kissana said the victim claimed a good incident took place in a Cha-am condominium during Aug 4-10.
Police required the victim to get a doctor on Wednesday at Cha-am Hospital to confirm her problem.
Law enforcement on the same day furthermore took the charged policewoman to have the girl mental health evaluated at Ratchaburi Medical center, while also asking a doctor at Yanhee Hospital who experienced earlier evaluated her mental health.
Pol Col Kissana said researchers are questioning witnesses and gathering more evidence, including CCTV footage, before law enforcement were expected to move forward today with legal action against the pair for colluding within the physical abuse from the victim.
The brother of the Ratchaburi politician also responded to a police summons request to acknowledge the cost of the alleged actual physical abuse. The brother denied the accusations.
