The sheriff federal police chief who was fired has the option of filing a lawsuit.
The former assistant federal police captain Pol Gen Surachate Hakparn was removed from office by the Police Merit System Protection Board.
The six-member panel unanimously decided that the lieutenant police chief’s dismissal of the Royal Thai Police Office on April 18 was correct, true, and legal.
The committee voted after 10 days of conversation on Monday. The panel was petitioned to withdraw his going orders by Pol Gen Surachate.
The troubled authorities general’s latest defeat was yet another. In July, the 12-member Police Commission voted unanimously in favor of his treatment.  ,
Pol Gen Surachate’s sack also requires royal confirmation to be successful. Srettha Thavisin, the prime minister, may forward it to Dad the King.
In the meantime, Pol Gen Surachate has the option of asking the Supreme Administrative Court to shield him from the departure buy.
The suspended deputy police chief was unavailable for reply, but he had previously stated that he would consider bringing the case before the court if the panel’s determination was invalid.
When Pol Gen Surachate retires at the end of September this year, he will be in charge of replacing federal authorities chief Pol Gen Torsak Sukvimol. His future is in fear as a result of his removal from office.  ,
