Torsak Sukvimol, the head of the national authorities, announced on Wednesday that he would turn over all legitimate cases involving Surachate Hakparn to the National Anti-Corruption Commission in an effort to avert animosity within the Royal Thai Police Office.

Pol Gen Torsak made his announcement to reporters at the officers office. His lieutenant Pol Gen Surachate, alias Great Joke, was even present.

” All cases ( against Pol Gen Surachate ) will be sent to the NACC, which is a neutral organisation, so that justice can be guaranteed… This is to avoid any photo of conflict. We have no conflict”, Pol Gen Torsak said.

The federal police chief informed Srettha Thavisin, the prime minister, of his choice, he claimed. The authorities are under the control of the primary minister.

He refrained from suggesting that he wanted to prevent Pol Gen Surachate from becoming the Royal Thai Police’s commissioner-general.

When Pol Gen Torsak retires on September 30th, Pol Gen Surachate, who is the senior candidate for the position, claims he wo n’t have any issues with him. &nbsp, &nbsp,

” As the federal police commander, I often say that we must be above fight. Do not take that as implying that the Royal Thai Police Office is at odds with one another, Pol Gen Torsak remarked.

According to Pol Gen Surachate, Pol Gen Torsak and the police captain met with the prime minister to talk about the situation, and they both agreed that they should concentrate on serving the media’s best interests.

The federal police chief wants to end all internal issue today. Therefore, there is only one captain, who is the federal police commander, in the Royal Thai Police Office, from the first deputy police chief to all non-commissioned officers,” Pol Gen Surachate said.

” As the NACC is taking over the matter, any summons, if there are any, will be the responsibility of the NACC… We wo n’t talk about the old matter anymore. Then, we must operate only in the government’s best pursuits”, Pol Gen Surachate said.

In response to rumors that Pol Gen Surachate may face money laundering charges in connection with systems of online gaming websites, the federal police chief and his lieutenant have frequently made headlines.

Police in Bangkok posted a notice on Sunday that required Pol Gen Surachate to recognize a money-laundering command he had been facing in connection with a alleged gambling website network to the front door of his Laksi district residence. Pol Gen Surachate questioned the constitutionality of the legitimate action brought against him that morning.

Pol Gen Torsak told reporters on Monday that he could face an arrest permit and a disqualification from work if his lieutenant disregarded repeated summonses. Also, he said, he expected the circumstances concerning Pol Gen Surachate may become concluded before his retirement.

Lawyers for Pol Gen Surachate claimed at a press event on Tuesday that there were ongoing&nbsp attempts to discredit him because he was in line to become the federal police chief.
