Wellness office “doctor” among the 12 taken into custody
On Wednesday evening, authorities detained iCon Group founder and CEO Warathaphon” Boss Paul” Waratyaworrakul and 11 different business leaders on suspicion of common scams.
Mr Warathaphon, 41, was taken into custody at the Consumer Protection Board company. He was present to discuss the state of his net income company, which is being looked into for alleged dome selling and fraud.  ,  ,

Officials from the Consumer Protection Police Division and the Crime Suppression Division arrived at the office on roughly 4 p.m. to make Mr. Warathaphon’s imprisonment.
On suspicion of common scams and putting phony information into a computer system, the Criminal Court before on Wednesday approved arrest warrants for Mr. Warathaphon and 17 people, some of whom are artists.
Mr. Warathpahon was taken by officers with them to seek his home and headquarters for evidence in the case. He was afterwards transported to the Central Investigation Bureau.  ,
Eight different high-profile people involved with the business were also arrested on Wednesday, authorities said.  ,
They were Ms Panjarat” Boss Tan ‘ ‘ Kanokrakthanaphorn, Tananont” Boss Mor Ek ‘ ‘ Hiranchaiwan,  , Ms Natpasorn” Boss Suay” Chatthanasor, Ms Yasikan” Boss Soda “Ekchisanuphong,  , Nantharat” Boss Om” Chaowanapreecha, Thawinphas” Boss Win” Phupattanarin, Hassayanont” Boss Pop “Ekchisanuphong, and influencer Yuranunt” Sam ‘ ‘ Pamornmontri.
Officers searched the Bangkok-based image Wellness center earlier on Wednesday in search of” Boss Mor Ek,” a medical specialist accused of fabricating his medical credentials as doctor of medicine. He was not there. He is among those eventually arrested.
Authorities eventually arrested three more members of  , The image Group-  , artist Pechaya” Boss Min ‘ ‘ Wattanamontree, Ms Wilailak” Boss Oil ‘ ‘ Jengsuwan, and Thanarot” Boss Off” Thitijariyawat, according to an informed cause.
In addition, 12 fraud-link defendants are currently being held, up from 12 before this. The pair were likewise taken to the CIB company for questioning.
According to a source, Pol Maj Gen Montree Theskhan, the CSD’s commander, had instructed the building management to set up rooms for interrogation of the suspected of fraud and to set up cleaning crews to wash detention areas. More defendants were likely to be arrested. To day, 12 of the 18 offenders in the case have been arrested.
