Following a royal endorsement, deputy police chief Roy Inkhapairote was appointed as the mew National Security Council ( NSC ) secretary-general.

His Majesty the King approved the appointment of Pol Gen Roy as the new NSC secretary-general, powerful on March 12th, according to the Royal Gazette, which was released on Thursday.

Following Gen Supot Malaniyom’s pension in September of last year, the council made the official exchange following a cabinet decision in January.

Pol Gen Torsak Sukvimol was chosen for the place, despite the fact that Pol Gen Roy was one of the four candidates for the position last season.

The fresh NSC key will leave in October.
