Anutin Charnvirakul, the president of the coalition party Bhumjaithai, the head of the Thai interior minister, called on Thursday to end Alpine Golf and Sports Club’s ownership of large land sections.
Mr Anutin said Chamnanwit Terat, assistant permanent director for the inside, was duty-bound to carry out the equity withdrawal by the end of September, before he retires in October. The Department of Lands is under the leadership of Mr. Chamnanwit.
Mr. Anutin stated that he anticipated Mr. Chamnanwit would finish the task on occasion; in such a case, Mr. Chamnanwit might be held accountable for dereliction of duty.
The Council of State now referenced the withdrawal of the property possession by the private sector, Mr. Anutin said, leaving the deputy permanent secretary with no other options.
The Department of Lands will be subject to a big burden because the payment will be based on the land’s current assessed value, according to Mr. Anutin, and the current owners may be compensated if the land is revoked.
The head of the Bhumjaithai Party claimed that the situation did not point to a potential conflict between his gathering and Prime Minister Paetongtarn’s Pheu Thai Party.
A Pheu Thai minister had previously asserted that the State Railway of Thailand belonged to the owner of a disputed Khao Kradong area narrative in Buri Ram state. Buri Ram is a social enclave of Bhumjaithai.
