As part of a strategy to promote Thais to help promote jeans with peculiar patterns representing their provinces during the Songkran event, Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra and her ministers made some distinct clothing choices on Wednesday.

Ms. Paetongtarn, who was clad in a white coat and a pair of light-blue pants with a symbol of Kanchanaburi state, opened a meeting of the National Soft Power Strategy Committee, which was attended by some government colleagues who were also attired.

She urged the audience to take a team photo to encourage jeans from each province after the meeting. ” I want everyone to contribute to the promotion of shorts that highlight the gentle power of all provinces.”

According to the prime minister, she received 50 pairs of pants from different counties, each pair of pants having a distinctive style that reflected their distinct cultural identities.

I didn’t specifically select any municipal pants for what I’m wearing now. I simply picked the color to go with my coat. There is no social motivation at all, she smiled back.

” I’m pleased to see many cabinet ministers putting their weight behind municipal trousers.” I want everyone to wear pants with municipal designs that reflect native wisdom during the forthcoming Songkran event.
