Pita Limjaroenrat, the leader of the Move Forward Party, has been named to Time magazine’s TIME100 Next listing of youthful world leaders to enjoy.

The single Thai on the monthly record of 100 people regarded as defining the next generation of leaders around the world was Mr. Pita, whose party won the most votes in the general election on May 14 but was unable to form a government.

The listing is broken up into five groups: entrepreneurs, musicians, phenomen, advocates, and officials.

The radical agenda Pita Limjaroenrat ran on to win the election was the only thing more beautiful than it, according to Time.

However, it added that” Pita’s path to power has been blocked by an unaccountable Senate and a burst of legal problems because of the roman character of Thai politics.”

Although Move Forward is currently in opposition, its 43-year-old head is still upbeat about the future, according to the magazine.

It quoted him as saying,” I’m proud of what we have accomplished.” ” And we can do a lot more to talk on the people’s behalf and deliver checks and balances in legislature.”
