Piano teacher accused of indecent assault on girl

The piano teacher has been detained for allegedly assaulting a 10-year-old female student at his music class in the Watthana district of Bangkok’s Phra Khanong Nua neighborhood.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police Bureau ( MPB) arrested Veeranan Lerdpanyaroj, 43, alias” Khru Ju”, at 77 Musical, a music school on Soi Sukhumvit 77 in Phra Khanong Nua, &nbsp, Pol Maj Gen Theeradet Thumsuthee, an MPB chief investigator, said on Wednesday. &nbsp,

The man was wanted under an arrest warrant from the Bangkok South Criminal Court for allegedly assaulting a child under the age of 13, using force against a child who could n’t resist, and possessing child pornography for sexual exploitation.

A wireless telephone, an iPad, a notebook pc, more than 1, 000 child sex videos, condoms, disaster birth control pills, and a pipe of fluid gel were all taken from his premises. The contraception, supplements and gel were found in a school, according to authorities.

The accused professor was discovered lying naked and masturbating in his room inside the class on Tuesday, according to the arresting group.

The mother of a 10-year-old woman told police that her daughter had been enrolling for music classes at 77 Musical, which is located inside a department store tower close to her school, according to Pol Maj Gen Theeradet. Her music lessons were on Saturdays.

She was waiting to pick up her child, when the child ran crying from the music school. She had concern all over her. Her child claimed that the song instructor rubbed on her underarms. She went straight to the house with her baby and lodged a grievance with the Phra Khanong authorities. ( continues below )

Mr. Veeranan was the proprietor and music professor, according to Pol Maj Gen Theeradet. He had introduced himself to the woman’s family, saying he&nbsp, had a bachelor’s degree in song and a license in music research from abroad. She had then enrolled her child in weekly personal training.

The vicim’s girl claims that the accused instructor had initially pressed his groin up against her up when she was playing piano in January of this year. Every day she took a teaching, he kept doing this. &nbsp,

He reportedly forced her to lie down on the music head in February, removed her trousers, and performed a crude work. Because she did not understand what the professor was doing, the woman did not tell her mother at the time. &nbsp,

On May 17, he reportedly placed her hand inside his trousers. The woman ran from the university crying and pulled her hands away, according to the family. Her family contacted the police for assistance.

Mr Veeranan denied the charge of obscene assault, but admitted to custody of child sex, according to poliice.

During doubting, he allegedly told authorities he graduated from university in the field of music, which had been&nbsp, his love of it since he was about 10 years old. He opened his own songs school after graduating, which became well-known in the Phra Khanong region ten years later.

He then had 30- 40 learners from major school to university level. He rebutted his claim that he had never attacked the alleged victim indecently. &nbsp, &nbsp,

He claimed the child had gotten upset when he changed her playing style and that she had messed up. He claimed that she later fabricated the tale to deceive him.

Pol Maj Gen Theeradet said officers had&nbsp, solid evidence against him.
