A European man was found not guilty of kicking a female doctor who was sitting on steps leading to the seaside outside his villa on Tuesday.

The judge gave the benefit of fear to Urs Fehr, 45, according to a good cause. No more details of the ruling were accessible.

On February 24, Mr. Fehr was charged with kick Dr. Thandao Chandam, 26, in the back while she and a friend were sitting on actions at Yamu Beach, subsequent to his rented beachside palace, in Thalang city, to observe the full moon.

Shortly after the incident, the European guy and his Thai wife&nbsp, apologised. The couple claimed that they believed the physician was trespassing on their home, but when they approached him, Mr. Fehr accidentally fell on the actions and struck her.

Eventually, it was discovered that the steps to the beach were actually built illegally and were not included in the rented villa. The ways were then&nbsp, demolished.

The event sparked a furore on social media and the conventional media. Local people &nbsp, rallied and demanded Mr Fehr’s eviction and immigration officers revoked his card, considering him a threat to society. Mr Fehr appealed against the renewal.

He was also fined over a road rage incident with an ambulance pilot, and his elephant charity’s permission was investigated. Additionally, officials revoked Mr. Fehr and his elephant foundation’s firearm licenses.

The affair that sparked the outcry was found him not guilty of, according to Kwaeng court’s ruling on Tuesday.

Dr Thandao’s parents, Kasem Chandam, confirmed that the jury found in the plaintiff’s favour. He claimed that the decision upset his child. Her attorneys would ask for a complete backup of the judge’s decision in the coming weeks. &nbsp,
