Philippines condemns China’s ‘illegal and reckless’ actions over disputed reef

FLASHPOINT Coast

Manila and Beijing, which seized the reef after a conflict with the Philippines in 2012, have engaged in a string of extremely heated exchanges.

One of the Spanish military’s sailors lost their finger in a fight off Second Thomas Shoal in another South China Sea location in June when the Chinese lifeboat also seize or destroy Asian tools, including guns.

Beijing claims that Manila is to blame for the increase, and that its actions to defend its claims are fair and proportionate.

Following the Second Thomas Shoal conflict, the two nations came to a “provisional design” to increase the number of communication lines and resupply Filipino troops based on a rickety ship that was anchored atop the coast.

The Foreign air force took action on Thursday following China’s successful conflict police close to Scarborough Shoal.

The triangle chain of reefs and rocks known as Scarborough Shoal is located 240 kilometers east of Luzon, the capital of the Philippines, and nearly 900 kilometers away from Hainan, the country’s second-largest land mass.

The Philippines said on Sunday that it will continue to guard its Exclusive Economic Zone, which is defined by the UN Convention on the Laws of the Sea as waters that extend beyond a southern world’s regional lakes and allow it to explore and exploit organic solutions.

According to military spokesman Francel Padilla, who spoke to local radio station DZBB,” The Armed Forces of the Philippines reaffirm our determination to carry out normal security procedures in accordance with international law.”

” We does safeguard our country’s independence and safety over our sea domain”, she added.
