Pattaya pub raid nets illegal Canadian DJ, sword-carrying Briton

On Saturday nights, authorities detained a French DJ who was employed fraudulently and a British sword-carrying Briton.

The team, Bandobar, on Soi 6 Road on Khao Phra Tamnak hills in South Pattaya, was raided at 10.39pm on Saturday.

About 50 Thai and international tourists were discovered by police as they were dancing, smoking hemp, and consuming alcohol.

Authorities arrested the Canadian DJ, 41, identified only as David. He was accused of operating without a force throughout the nation.
