Pakistan: Millions affected by heavy flooding

Thirty million people have been affected and hundreds have already been killed, as Pakistan’s government declares a national emergency, right after heavy rains triggered historic flooding in the united states.

Upon Friday, the National Disaster Management Expert said more than 900 people had died since June.

The state’s climate minister Sherry Rehman said the particular floods have caused a “humanitarian devastation of epic ratios. ”

Officials have said continuing rains are usually hampering relief efforts.
