The 71-year-old has been barred from holding public office for a total of ten times.
Khan has defended his innocence and claimed that the military-led establishment fabricates the crimes in order to prevent him from running for office and dismantle his Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf ( PTI), the Pakistan Movement for Justice party.
