Following a pre-trial conference on Wednesday ( Mar 26 ), when he requested more time to get more specific medical records from his doctor, the court hearing for property tycoon Ong Beng Seng to plead guilty has been rescheduled. &nbsp,

Ong, who was initially scheduled to enter a guilty plea on April 2, was diagnosed with bone bone cancers. He is accused of obstructing justice and obtaining goods as a public servant, as well as other costs.

Mr. Ong’s spokesperson stated that his doctor had requested more time to get more in-depth information on his medical condition and the need for ongoing care and treatment. This will make sure that the trial and the judge are given all pertinent information and give it proper consideration.”

A pre-trial event scheduled for April 25 is his second court hearing.

Ong is credited with bringing Formula 1 to Singapore in 2008 as the “man of the year.”
