The Nashville native appeared as a contestant upon Season 10 associated with “The Voice” within 2016 and the display paid tribute to Neal on social media.
“We are heartbroken with the passing of Nolan Neal, ” the twitter update reads. “His incredible skill will always be remembered. Our own sincerest sympathy goes out to his friends and family during this time. ”
Neal, exactly who performed the Elton John classic “Tiny Dancer, ” obtained all four coaches to turn their chairs and received a standing ovation from them.
Adam Levine picked Neal for his group and the singer caused it to be to the knockout round.
Neal auditioned for “America’s Got Talent” within 2020 and contributed his story associated with losing his father to suicide, partying hard after receiving a record deal and ultimately spiraling out of control.
He said during their audition that the track he was performing, titled “Lost, inch was the first thing he previously written when he or she got out of treatment for substance abuse.
“It’s the first song I had written sober, ” Neal stated at the time. “The hook of the song is ‘Lost for the last time. ‘ It’s about somebody he thinks they don’t deserve anything due to the things they’ve carried out. I hope it connects with you all. That’ll be the real win for me. ”
His relative Dylan Seals told TMZ Neal was found lifeless in his Nashville apartment. No cause of death has been released.
Neal submitted on his verified Fb page that he had been scheduled to play this coming Sunday at Resort Indigo in Nashville, but that the display had been canceled intended for reasons he failed to cite.
