A visitors offender is considered by law to have acknowledged an excellent once it has been sent to them via registered mail, according to the most recent regulation by the Regal Thai Police (RTP).
The regulation, signed simply by national police main Suwat Jangyodsuk plus published in the Royal Gazette , took impact on Wednesday.
The regulation states that if the culprit is not caught red-handed and issued a notice to pay a fine on the spot, the solution can also be mailed for them.
Upon many occasions, roadside police cameras catch motorists breaking the road rules. The traffic tickets must after that be sent to all of them later.
In such cases, the regulation requires the tickets to be posted through registered mail for their address as classified by the government’s domicile database. This should be done within 30 days of the offence.
