The different service centers at the ISC may be reorganized into a single integrated center next to the current ICA tower on Kallang Road.

The ISC tower, a 10- floor architecture, was initially announced in 2019.

In a news release released on Friday, ICA stated that it has “made major strides in digitalizing our services and making them user-friendly,” with nearly 95 percent of its services now being digital.
It added that 95 % of its clients submit applications via the ICA business or mobile app.
We may gradually reduce the release of bodily documents as well as digitizing ICA-issued records, such as birth and death credentials in May 2022 and long-term passes for non-citizens in February 2023.
The consumer can get online documents from three sources: MyICA mobile apps, MyICA electronic- service on the ICA website, or FileSG by GovTech.
