Thitisan: ‘Regrets wrongdoing’
Chanta Utthanaphon was speaking about the fate of the girl son, Pol Col Thitisan “Jo Ferrari” Utthanaphon, who was head of Nakhon Sawan police station whenever charged last year with murdering Chiraphong Thanapat, a 24-year-old drug suspect.
He was attempted for killing the particular suspect by putting a plastic bag over his head, suffocating him.
The Central Criminal Court with regard to Corruption and Misconduct initially gave him the death penalty on June almost eight but commuted the particular sentence to life because he confessed to some fees.
Mrs Chanta said the girl son regrets his wrongdoing and has been sorry for having abused his authority.
She mentioned Pol Col Thitisan and his family are prepared to follow the court’s verdict.
Pol Col Thitisan’s cousin added the family will probably pay compensation as required by the victim’s family members.
