Customers with serious requests, such as passports for immediate go, oath-taking for minors turning 22 between April 1 and April 6, and the execution of formalities for multiculturalism passes expiring between the above time, are required to provide supporting documents, according to the company.
Although these requests will be evaluated and provided on a case-by-case base, ICA advised the people to complete their transactions before the transition period.
During the transition period, applications can still be submitted electronically through ICA’s site or the MyICA smart application, according to the authority.
The ISC tower, a 10-storey architecture, was initially announced in 2019.
” At the ISC, the people will appreciate an end-to-end and more seamless exchange experience, and can be served a collection of service at a single touchpoint”, said ICA.
” Now, the common needs to visit various levels of the ICA developing if they require various services”.
Customers may self-collect their ID cards and passports from ISC’s automated restaurants starting in July 2025 without making an appointment.
