Chaiwat Limlikit-aksorn, the former chief associated with Kaeng Krachan Nationwide Park, yesterday solved two more costs pressed against your pet and three additional parties in connection with the disappearance and killing of a Karen legal rights activist back in 2014.

The other three people offender of being involved in the disappearance and death of Porlajee “Billy” Rakchongcharoen who showed up the other day at the Department of Special investigation (DSI) were Bunthaen Butsarakham, Thanaset Chaemthet and Kritsanaphong Chitthet.

All four now face charges of intimidating the victim using weapons plus infringing on plus harming his legal rights and freedom, stated DSI chief Traiyarit Temahiwong.

The previous charges pushed against them include premeditated mur- dieser, unlawful detention and concealing a cadaver.

Whilst acknowledging the additional charges, Mr Chaiwat once more maintained his purity and said this individual was ready to battle it out within court.

Billy was last seen on Apr 17, 2014, when he was jailed by Mr Chaiwat and several other park officers at Ma Rew checkpoint in the park, which is located at the main entry to Bang Kloy village.
