New arrest in passport case

A Foreign man was apprehended on Wednesday at Don Mueang aircraft as part of a search for him in China, where an arrest warrant has been issued for him. He is the husband of the woman who created the contentious Chinese-language banner in Huai Khwang.

Qin Ling, 33, was allegedly in the immigration bureau’s surveillance system after an arrest warrant was issued by the Chinese authorities for ID card fraud, according to Immigration Bureau ( IB ) chief Pol Lt. Gen Itthipol Itthisaranachai.

The IB intends to apprehend Mr. Qin, according to Pol Lt. Gen Itthipol, and his permission to stay in the country had also been revoked.

According to an investigation, Mr. Qin is the father of Xu Na, 35, the lady who was detained on Tuesday after the Chinese-language billboard was spotted.

Over the weekend, a poster promoting a 30-day services for those seeking a foreign card or citizenship was spotted, which sparked a significant uproar online. According to the authorities, one of the telephone numbers found on it was Mr. Qin’s mobile phone number.

On Wednesday, Ms. Xu was taken to the Bangkok North Municipal Court. She was charged with operating without a permit, ordered to provide four months in jail, give a fine of 5,000 pounds, and be added to the immigration blacklist.
