More than 2, 100 individuals from different background will take part in this year’s rally and service.
The festival will be led by rally commander Lieutenant Colonel Roger Cheong Quickly Yong, with a complete of 35 moving contingents, including 24 from youth armed organizations as well as social and economic organizations.
The transfer of a force made up of individuals from the SAF and Home Team will be a highlight of this year’s NDP, aside from the usual delegations. They will be making their second NDP appearance since the year before.
The executive council announced that 16 supporting delegations from the SAF, SPF, SCDF, as well as from voluntary and children armed groups will proceed to make the characters” TD40″ to honor the 40 years of Total Defense.

Four 25-pounder guns will be on the Mobility 3rd Generation ship that will ship around the Marina Basin this year for the national gun welcome.
The President’s highest military honor, the 21-gun welcome, is timed to coincide with his advancement while inspecting the rally. It is the highest military honor reserved only for the President.
NDP 2024 may also have a first-ever Onward March at the Padang, where moving troops will move onto the audience stand.
