Two Myanmar citizens have been detained in the boundary village of Mae Sot in Tak state carrying an alleged drone jamming device intended for use in the neighboring country’s pulled neighbor.

According to Col Nattakorn Rueantip, captain of the Ratchamanu Task Force, the arrests came after a hint about an effort to have the unit delivered to a home in Myanmar.

He claimed that the suspects admitted to telling researchers that another man had requested that they place an online order for Myanmar delivery. They acknowledged that they were unable to obtain a permit to purchase, purchase, or buy the system.

According to Col. Nattakorn, drones are frequently used in defensive operations, and they could have been used in a military operation in Myanmar.

He claimed that the system, which is intended to destroy signals and make drones useless, was tested and found to be extremely effective at jamming indicators.

Both the Myanmar government and various rebel groups that are battling it are known to be using drones frequently for security and military attacks on one another’s jobs.

Col. Nattakorn remarked that Thailand forbids the use of its place as a staging area for the amassment of arms or as a means of transportation. He thanked organizations and state organizations for cooperating with safety organizations to address the issue.

The Mae Sot police station’s director, Pol Col Pittayakorn Phetcharat, claimed the seizure was a result of a shared intelligence-gathering effort between the military and police.

He added that police had increase their search for the others who were at fault.
